Fab’s #14 philosophy
— It’s about love, peace and happiness of self and more —
Some of these life lessons were obvious to recognize, identify and easy to hold on to in my life, while others were not. I had to put energy and effort into mastering them.
Here are the 14 tools that turned my failures into success:
#1 Resilience
#2 Happiness
#3 Discipline
#4 Caring
#5 Vitality
#6 Love
#7 Growth
#8 Creativity
#9 Here & Now
#10 Resonance
#11 Balance
#12 Curiosity
#13 Visualization
#14 Cause & Effect

Why
— I needed certain tools to survive when travelling through time —
This question brought me to researching the subject of Biomagnetism.
Why do I feel better when I exercise? I found out that by activating my neurons, endocrine and muscle cells, the electricity in my body creates a magnetic field. This conducts electricity throughout my entire body and made me feel amazing.
In a few words, moving daily is an important key to my health and if you incorporate this in your life you will know what I am talking about.
Humans are created to move. Being lethargic physically and mentally will lead to a lower flow of energy and lowers your immune system

Unlock #14
— I created 14 icons, fun and easy to remember —
Unlock #14 promotes physical and mental exercise.
So to get familiar with the power of these tools, I created a schedule. I use them consciously from Monday to Sunday. I let these powers enter my body, choosing two that are resonating with me each day.
After some time, I observed a noticeable impact on my energy. It made me aware of my mental and physical transformation. I see the world through images, so I created 14 fun and easy to remember icons.
The will to unlocking our full potential alone, should motivate us to want to change our lifestyle for the better. It’s up to ourselves at the end of the day!
Through my search for healthy living I met Tessa van der Steen in Amsterdam. She is a health practitioner who practices herbal medicine. After getting my tests results, I got my personal healthy lifestyle plan.
I decided to combine Unlock #14 with Tessa’s method and turned this into my new lifestyle.

Resilience
I’ve chosen the cactus for this icon because of its resilience to a very dry environment. It manages to survive even with a little bit of water. In life I try to be resilient to strive and persist in harsh conditions

Happiness
This icon is about people bringing happiness to each other and sharing this feeling together. Each character is unique, which represents we are all different. Happiness gives me hope and direction

Discipline
This podium is an Olympic stage. It reminds me to meet my best self, I have to be disciplined. Discipline is a spark that I use for my daily regime

Caring
Caring holds the center place in my system. It is the one component responsible for activating the spirit of care. Without it, none of these 14 tools, could fully be used and operate at their maximum potential. We need to care on the journey of self-discovery and improvement.

Vitality
This icon resembles a happy and healthy heart which is the central and most essential organ of our body. A healthy heart is equal to a healthy life. Spiritually as well as mentally.

Love
I chose this icon for love because I believe that love is the key. All we got to do is open our heart to the idea of loving ourselves. I had to learn how to love myself first in order to get the direction on how to reach the shore of my personal victories.

Growth
This icon resembles a plant growing strong and healthy roots. In life I’m giving water to my thoughts and ideas. Like a plant being placed in the proper environment, they will grow steadily. The only person in charge of our growth is ourselves.

Creativity
When I realized creativity was just like a muscle in need of constant stimulation, it changed everything for me… If you don’t use it you’ll lose it. This is the reason why I decided not to put any limitations on how I express myself creatively.

Here & Now
When I understood my actions in the now affect my future, I started to live in the here and now. The more I practiced this philosophy, the more progress I made. My work flow is more productive. I love living in the here and now.

Resonance
Everything vibrates. We are all inter-connected and therefore can and will affect each other. Our surroundings are made up of energy, which we know are vibrating at specific frequencies. When I realized I could tune into, mirror or amplify these very frequencies within myself, it changed my perspective and approach on life. This new way spilled over into my creativity and migrated into my singing, songwriting and art.

Balance
This image reminds me of playing with my friends in the playground. A seesaw thaught me about balance. The momentum in the middle is the perfect equilibrium. This was my favourite and most happy moment.

Curiousity
My curiosity has always pushed me to do research and ask questions. My favourite subject is health. While looking deeper into the obvious importance of healthy living, I began to live by this slogan: “make sure everything works and nothing hurts”. We should not take our health for granted, I invest in it every day.

Visualization
I use this method as a form of meditation. In many ways it’s a conversation with my future self, revealing me or showing the possibilities. I’m a firm believer when you design it in your mind, you’re planting seeds. Let your actions water your vision so it can grow and become your reality.

Cause & Effect
Cause and effect has taught me to anticipate and understand each action I take. The image of a ball and domino effect shows the impact that one decision can have on our lives.
